My job as an Account Director at iCrossing can be summed up quite simply as one of the people who will keep the promises we make. I act as the client liaison and manage a team of very talented Account Managers. I’ve been with iCrossing (formerly Spannerworks), nearly 5 years now and was at a full service ad agency prior to that. Have 8 years experience in online and marketing.
