I work at iCrossing as a Performance Insight Analyst. Put simply this means I look at what people do online, how they do it and help our clients use that information to improve their online offering.

Like everyone at iCrossing I strongly believe the future is digital and am excited to be a part of what is happening in this space. One of the strengths of the internet is the ability to measure your successes and failures. Currently, in my opinion, web analytics is where search was many years ago, that is why I’m proud to be working with such a great team looking at innovative ways to use data to gain competitive insights.
