Making sure we delivery amazing customer service is what I’m passionate about. Building the right team and then matching them against our customer base is just part of my job, I make a point of seeing all our customers on a regular basis and then making sure we deliver on our promises. That’s key.

I have over 21 years of business development and strategic account management experience in the travel, finance and retail sectors.

I’m responsible for everything “customer” that means from account handling to grilling the burgers at our client BBQ’s and everything in between.

With a brief to maintain year on year growth and ensure exceptional customer service we make sure we do it with a smile.

The formal stuff now: I’m a fellow of the Institute of Sales & Marketing and a regular speaker at industry events, including IAB seminars and the ABTA and ITT travel industry conferences.
